However, since our products are digital courses and downloadable materials, we have a limited refund policy as described below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase only under the following conditions:
✅ The course or product you purchased has a technical issue that prevents access or download.
✅ You have reported the issue to our support team within 3 days of purchase.
✅ You have not completed or downloaded a significant portion of the course/material.
If all these conditions are met, we will process your refund within 7 business days after verifying the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ You have already accessed or downloaded most of the course/content
❌ You entered incorrect details during signup or payment
❌ Your internet or device issues prevent access
❌ Offers, bundles, and discounted courses

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Brief description of the issue
Once we verify your request, we’ll update you on the status within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank) within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Course Replacement (Optional)
If you face any issue with a specific course, we may offer a replacement course or credit balance instead of a refund — only if you agree.
